Executive Services Department 

Executive Services reports to the Aramco Americas President & CEO and coordinates all VIP visits to North America in general, and to Houston in particular.

The department is responsible for:

• • Saudi Aramco (SAO) Corporate and Executive Management, Chairman, Board Members, subsidiaries, and ASC President & CEO travel throughout the Americas and as requested for events worldwide: Arranges activities include research, development and contracting of events, advance and logistics, meetings, travel, transportation, and security.
  • Provides advance planning and logistical support for Saudi Aramco Board of Directors Meetings and other meeting held worldwide.
  • Overseeing coordination of internal ASC social and community events.
  • Supporting events hosted by the ASC President & CEO.
  • Staffing and operating the ASC Executive Business Center.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the ASC President & CEO.

Summer Student Executive Events Opportunity

Disciplines: Hospitality, Marketing

The summer student will assist in the development of hospitality cross-cultural events in a corporate environment.

Typical activities include:

• Assist with employee summer event planning and logistics
• Provides a wide range of administrative and logistical support activities
• Arrange activities including research, development and contracting of events, advance and    logistics, meetings and transportation.
