Summer Student Talent Acquisition (Domestic/International Recruitment) Opportunity
Disciplines: HR Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, Training & Development,
The summer student will provide support in areas of passive/active candidate sourcing and recruitment-related tasks and assignments.
Typical activities include:
- Supporting recruitment functions throughout the life cycle from candidate sourcing, screening, assisting with interview scheduling/preparation, and relocation/onboarding
- Using existing candidate sourcing tools to identify passive candidates for expatriate and domestic requisitions
- Working closely with Talent Sourcing Advisor to learn Avature CRM and prioritize search projects
Summer Student Background Investigations Opportunity
Disciplines: Criminal Justice, HR Management, Business Administration
HR Central Investigation summer student will assist with the administrative workload and assist investigators where needed.
Typical activities include:
- Logging investigation requests into Background Investigations database
- Assigning case numbers to investigation case packets and ensuring all needed documents are in case file before forwarding to investigators
- Closing out completed case files in the database and forwarding completed investigations to requesting proponent
- Assist in-office investigators and Central Investigations Group Leader as needed
Summer Student Management Information Systems Opportunity
Disciplines: Management Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Management, Business Administration, Journalism/Communications
The summer student will support leaders with management information system enhancements as well as other various tasks as requested.
Typical activities include:
• System updates, review pre-audit items, and maintenance of files
• Generate letters for new CDPNEs and ADPs
• Assist with medical enrollment and travel orders
• Coordinate/mail promotional items to host companies and university admission officials
• Assist with planning volunteer events for Fall 2026 if approved and needed
• Data migration from historic systems
• Improve data flow into and within
• Improve user experience for (look, feel, dashboards etc.)
• Analyze student performance – review cases, graduation statistics, cost per program
• Improve data flow between units
• Create a private social media account and content for our students
• Communication campaigns (timing and content)
• Newsletter and/or Academic Year End report highlighting student accomplishments and activities
Summer Student HR Performance & Administration
Disciplines: Business Administration, HR, Management Information Systems, or closely related field.
Performs a variety of administrative and clerical activities, which vary and are determined by the requirements of each specific function as listed below. Provides support to HR Performance & Administration Group.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and reports, and managing internal communications.
- Assist in compiling, organizing, and analyzing HR-related data and metrics.
- Gain exposure to the HR contract review and preparation process.
- Participate in planning and coordinating HR programs and industry engagement events.
- Support the team with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- Experience in MS office applications and demonstrated ability to work with high level of detail.
